Today is a special day for my healthy eating routine. I have already gone 14 days and now I only have one month left to go. So far it has been easy, although it has been very expensive. I always try to have one different meal per day to keep myself interested and so far it has worked.
This weekend is going to be a challenge though, as we are away from home for two days. This is going to make healthy meals difficult to prepeare, but i will battle on and report back with how it goes.
I will weigh myself as soon as possible and I will then be doing it every sunday except this week.
