All Fueled Up and Ready To Go!

This weekend, I have been power eating, or should I say that I have been eating as much food and as constant as possible,  to prepare my body for tonights gym session. I have had my first full sleep, Friday and Saturday night, in 2 years.  Although last night was a nightmare with the bab.

So, sleep + food + no injury =…  Will update later… 

Update
Tonight was difficult, strength is still down, but I gave it my all. That diet has messed me up too much. Still, push on and push harder!
