The Little Gains… Make BIG Gains (Video)

A few months back, I attempted to clean and press 70lb dumbbells whilst seated, I failed.

 

Yesterday (20/09/12) I attempted them again and managed to do a couple of reps.

I can rep this weight better when I have someone lift them to me, but the fun part is cleaning them by myself.

(I was near fatigue when pressing these as it was one of my last sets of the night. I had a very focused night tonight)

Push, PUSH and PUSHHHH!!!
