Halloween Workout

Tonight has been the first night in a while where the gym session has gone well. The last week or so has been very stressfull with illnesses and a death in the family.

Tonight was back and shoulders, which consisted of deadlifts, shoulder press, raises, t bar rows, pull downs and so on. My strength was down, but my mind was focused. A very intense session was accomplished and now I feel much better. Lots is still going on in my head and so the next couple of weeks will be hard work.

My blog is still important to me and I have a ton of stuff to post that i still need to check over.
