January has already flew by and it has been quite a difficult month with working out due to the weather, as well as other exciting things going on. I have made the gym every time despite the snow. Although the one night it was closed and so I went for a jog and did a good abdominal workout at home.
My diet has been better this year and I find it to be a problem. My energy levels are down by a far, making every push feel harder and harder.
One new thing I have added to my workout, is a light set (60kg) of 21 reps to finish of my squat session. These give me a massive leg pump and I find it very difficult to stand up straight after doing them.
Everything has been steady so far.
