New PB of 145kg.
20kg x 8
60kg x 8
80kg x 8

7 reps of 80kg, spotters immediately removed 10s and did 14 squats of 60kg. 21reps consecutive.
Then I did the usual, leg press, extentions and curls.
Nothing new to report on shoulders.
