Back and Triceps (New PB)

Tonight I hit my Deadlift aim for 2013 of 200kg. All I can say is I am very happy! Without sounding arrogant though, I have worked hard for it.

Tonight just went well, energy levels were up and I just kept going and going. I even managed 2 good dips with a 56lb strapped abound my waist after doing 3 other sets with weights too. (bodyweight for 8, 5kg for 8, 15kg for 6, 56lb for 2)

I will finish this of later, although that’s all I really wanted to say.

Keep at it, results will come… (I need to remember this for the bad days)
