Back Workout (This Works For Me)

This is a note to myself…*IT WORKS FOR ME*

Back workout
Do 15 reps with a light weight for shrugs. It burns much more and it tears my trapz much better than heavy weight low uncontrolled reps.

Don’t one rep max, ego is pointless when bodybuilding. Deadlift reps!

Don’t do 4 sets of everything, when the muscle group it warm, smash it hard with perfect form and real intensity. If you can control the negative, you aren’t hitting them hard enough.

Remember this when you get edged on to try a new PB, who cares about PB when bodybuilding!!!
