I did this for a bit of fun as It was quiet in the gym and I wanted to do it. It was done quickly and I only did it when it wasn’t going to interfere with my workout, such as warm-up sets or mid sets. I still pushed hard as I always do. Fortunately my training partner should be back this week and then I can get a few forced reps in.
