Black Bombs are the fat burning supplement from the DY family.
I’m not even going to read the literature on the main site as I want to explain it from my experience.
Black Bombs don’t have a lush taste, they have a strong potent distinctive taste when you drink it. (I had it in powder form although they do come in tablet form) It contains a blend of fat burning and energy releasing ingredients that will make you feel energetic and alive! I have my dose mid morning before my mid morning snack. Within a few minutes I can feel my body awake and bursting with energy.
What they do for me;
I gain a massive energy boost that makes me want to, quite literally run around. My whole body and mind feel awake and it definitely picks me up much more than the supermarket energy drinks.
When do I have it;
I have it mid morning before my mid morning meal. It also fills me up a bit, meaning I don’t need to eat so much of a big portion. (I still make sure my snack contains an adequate amount of nutrition and do not starve myself)
How much do I have;
I have one scoop mid morning and half a scoop early evening when I’m not at the gym. When I am at the gym, I will have one in the morning and I use NOXPump as my pre-workout boost. *Make sure you drink at least 3 litres of water throughout the day*
Does it work?
In my opinion, yes. With a healthy diet and exercise I have lost 3kg’s of body fat and I am continuing to lose more. As long as you eat healthy, the exercise comes naturally as you won’t be able to sit still!
What about my sensitive stomach?
I suffer with a very sensitive stomach which leads to me having to trial and error products to see which ones are going to have me curled up on the floor in cramps. I don’t have a problem with this product, although I wouldn’t trust it at all if my stomach felt slightly off.
Do I need it?
I still have plenty of excess fat on me that I’m sure I can burn over time without any supplements. I do however believe that it does enhance the fat burning rate and I need this as I hope to have some photos taken the end of July for my two year mark. I’m not getting any younger and I have goals to reach before I reach 31.
How much does it cost?
- Black bombs £36.47 for 30 servings = £1.22 per serving. (In my opinion, they are brutal compared to the rubbish on the shelves at the supermarkets)
Here’s a video showing what it is like, although I do not mention any of the ingredients so here they are;
