Today is the first day of my transformation. I know who my competition is, I know his tactics and I know what I need to do to beat this person… as it is myself.
I will do a detailed write up tonight of what I have done and ate. This month is going to involve much more cardio than anything else, as I changed my diet a couple of weeks back to give me a kick start.
I have 4 slices of protein bread with peanut butter, Nutripak, Protein Bites and an avocado to tie me over till later on.
I have taken some pictures of today and I will take a picture every Friday evening for as long as it takes till I see the body fat drop and I see visible abs.
This may go completely wrong, but it’s a goal that I know I can achieve, these small steps make all the difference in the long run.
Granted I don’t have to blog it and I can do it in secret, but I get my motivation from doing this and I have to do what makes me happy.
Here’s to the biggest change in my life…
