So far so good with my nutrition and fat loss. I have learnt so much in just a few days already. I now understand the importance of weighing food as I used to be completely off. I am slowly educating myself on nutritional values of different types of food and how not all fats are bad. Slowly but surely I am learning the basics, it’s all about wanting to learn that will make the difference.
Please remember that this is my diary and it will always be updating. I can look back at my first blogs and see how useless they are now, but at least I can look back and see how far I have come.
