Friday 16th Workout Video…

I’m not sure how this will go down with others viewing my blog, but for me it is very good. I can look back at this in the future and pick faults, see where I was and use it as way point for myself.

This whole blog is my journey, which means I will be progressing over time. What you see a year ago is totally different to what I’m doing now. A year ago I was power lifting as I wanted to be very lazy with my diet and that’s what most of the lads in the gym were doing.

Oh well, here goes…
