Biceps

Ez bar curls (+Bar)

  • 20kg x 8
  • 25kg x 8
  • 30kg x 8

Seated Incline Curls

  • 30lb x 8 x 2

Preacher curls (+bar)

  • 10kg x 8
  • 20kg x 8
  • 25kg  x fatigue

Overhead cable curls

  • Cool down

Overall a great night! Focused, did what I had to do and left happy.
