Cable flyes

  • 20kg on Ez bar, 8 reps
  • 30kg x 8
  • 30kg x 7

Hammer Curls

  • 30lb x 8 x 3 (fatigued)

Cables

  • 25Kg x 8
  • 20kg x fatigue
