Incline Dumbbell Press

60lb x 8,70lb x 8, 80lb x 5

Cable Flyes

30kg x 8, 35kg x 8, 30kg x fatigue

Biceps

+Ez bar weight

20kg x 8, 30kg x 8

Standing alternating dumbbell curls

40lb x 8 x 2

Seated preacher barbell curls

Not sure of the weight, standard Ez bar with 40lb x 8, 60lb x complete failure.
