I just need to make a quick note that I am off all my supplements now apart from Nox Pump (pre workout) and protein (when I need it). I have been off everything else for over a week and my strength has not declined at all… yet. I have dropped we over 14lb in the last 3 months and I have lost very little strength if any at all…yet.
I’m going to keep a close eye on what I’m doing in and out the gym to see what happens to my weight in the gym and weight on the scales.
I’m eating every 2-3 hours where possible and I try to get my daily protein from food where possible.
I will update this if need be, I just need to note it down for now.
