This Jodie Marsh documentary has caused some controversy in the gym and amongst most of the people who lift weights. If someone like my dad watches this documentary, he will make sure he tells me not to touch steroids. I have no intention to touch steroids at all at the moment. I hope to stay natural and healthy without enhancements being put in my body. However, I will not slate them as I may want them in the future and it will only make me look stupid if I slate them without doing my own extensive research.

I simply do not have the knowledge to make a decision at this moment in time to figure out if they are going to be right for me or not. I have discussed steroids with my wife and we both agree that they are not even needed to be though of yet.

If an opportunity came up to better my families life by using steroids for whatever reason and I was under doctors supervision then that would be a good reason to try them.

Clearly I have no issues with them, even though I don’t use them or have absolutely no interest in them at this stage of my life. I know I can discipline my body and naturally gain a better physique over the years. I will just never have good mass and my body will be more of a fitness physique even though I seriously want mass… This is where the enhancements may play part.

Let’s finish it off by saying that taking over-the-counter tablets in the wrong way can cause some serious side effects. Having an overdose can even kill you…
