I have been to the gym after after funerals, I have been when I am tired, inured, poorly etc. Sometimes you just cant though and this week has been one of those weeks. I’ve just had my first proper meal of brown rice and tuna and this is where I hope to start my clean bulk!
I have just done a few bicep curls at home and I can do a good workout with the weights and gym equipment I have available at home. I also know that I need to repair before lifting anything remotely heavy!
