HEX Deadlift Note…

Figuring things out for myself and this is what I need to report.

  • Hamstrings
  • ABS*
  • Quads
  • Lumber
  • Glutes*
  • Adductor*

Those are the only thing I can report on that I know the HEX bar deadlift works more than a standard barbell deadlift ‘OR’ what I have feeling tender due to DOMS.
