I like to think about my workout prior to actually doing it. As I am new to this gym, I keep finding different things when I walk around and I also find some equipment that I am not familiar with. My mind can only absorb so much information when I am in the gym and so I have taken a few pictures to see what I facilities I can use when I train.
Now I have these picture, I can set up a routine that I am happy with and just get it done. Over time I would be able to try all the equipment, but for now, this can be a way of getting a head start.
