I had some pointers at Storm Gym last night and that is all the practice I have had. If you look at my weekly transformation, you will see how I slowly progress to learn the poses.

Note – I’m already focused on lats and traps.
NOTE – Look the same way as your toes are pointing!
Edit – Again, face the way toes are pointing.
That’s the end of my long journey of getting down to a body fat that I could work on. I’m really excited to see what the next year brings!
