Weight 12.2 stone. I’m starting to come to the conclusion that eating more food at night helps me recover better and makes me feel more boosted when I wake up. I’m not saying that it isn’t going to put more fat on me, but I genuinely think that this may be something that is going to make a difference with getting stronger and growing. (I know I can look on the internet for the answers, yet I really want to follow my own path and have hands on experience with my own body)
