11/06/2014 Back, Biceps, Triceps – Week 2

I feel that the training is going well at the moment and I feel like a different person to how I was a month or so ago. (when cutting) It’s not just in the gym when I feel more alive, it’s all through the day. This is quite obvious compared to when I had a very strict diet though. I have an excellent supplement stack at the moment and I know this is helping me from all angles.
