18/06/2014 Back, Biceps, Triceps – Week 3

I’m trying my best to treat every gym session as my last. The last 3 weeks have been the best consistent training sessions that I have ever had. Saturday we are off to Temple Gym to train legs with a  good friend. I hope to keep up the intense training whilst I’m there and continue it for as long as I physically can.
