Let me just start this post by saying that this week-on-week diary is just a way of me following my own journey. I understand it won’t appeal to 99% of you as it doesn’t really mean anything to anyone else.
The food below is a genuine look at my diet at the moment. I will have this cleaned up and I will add better foods for my goals over the next week. However, I find life much more enjoyable eating like this as it’s relaxed. As long as I eat every 2-3 hours I seem to be doing ok. If I could just cut a few things out and change some things around though, I will hopefully see a difference for the better. Time will tell and I will have all my meals for reference on my blog.
With good lighting and tensing, I can just about see my abs. I’m hoping that I won’t put much more body fat on from now on, as I feel that I can clean my diet up and maximise my strength/muscle without having to eat massive amounts of junk. I don’t do any cardio specific exercise at all at the moment. I weight train 3 times a week for roughly an hour per session.
(I know the pic looks stupid, but it’s the best possible way for me to monitor my body fat. It’s much more accurate doing it this way than weighing scales in my opinion)
