The whole idea of monitoring my diet at the moment is to see exactly what I am eating. I must not adjust my diet to make it look better on paper than it really is. As the days go by I will cut things out and change things around. I know what i need to do and I’m going to be on target by mid week. I don’t need the junk, but at the same time I genuinely enjoy it. My long term goals mean more to me than snacking/junk and so I will have to clean it up.
