My body weight = 156lb

2340 calories +400 calories for bulk

  • 234g Protein and 936 calories
  • 76g fat and 685 calories
  • 280g carbs and 1119 calories

This is my daily target spread over the day. I have cleaned my diet up a little now and I’m finding it quite difficult to hit my daily macros with all good food. Ideally I want to fill my 2740 calories per day with good balanced meals. I seem to be doing ok with my main meals through out the day and bits of junk thrown in the mix. Time will tell if it works for me. either way it’s keeping my energy levels up and I feel great, without piling on body fat.
