Seated Shoulder Press…

I never did upright seated press untill a few month back as I always felt a twinge in my shoulder. A slight decline was about the best way to go at the time. After using the machine seated shoulder press for a few months I can now finally press upright. I can also add a bit more weight too. I started with 15kg dumbbells a few months back and kept at it till I can now do 30kg db’s straight seated presses. Doing 30kg for 6 and dropping them to 10kg (with partners help) has given me by far the best shoulder workout to date. I needed to work hard on my delts and I think I’m finally there.

Having a gym with more facilities has allowed me to build the muscles that I didn’t use before and this has helped more than anything…
