I really need to get my head back in the game as I’m really finding if difficult to eat well at the moment and have a huge craving for sugar, cookies, chocolate and those types of foods are my enemy at the moment…

I will stick with light cardio daily, a sensible meal plan and try to maintain the 10% body fat though out the summer.
