- Abs (all mid section)
- Calves (lateral)
- Hamstring
- Lats
- Quads
- Biceps
I have noted down my tender points as I can follow what muscles I have used during stretching, cardio and punching/kicking. It’s quite clear that Kickboxing. along with the stretching and general body fitness, is targeting much more than I expected. As I go to the gym frequently and lift much heavier weights than what we did yesterday, I wasn’t sure if I would have muscular pain today. This is good and I’m not complaining, I just need to understand how it affects my body and what it’s doing.
