Fatigue

08/08/12 (17:00)
This is something I have been trying to write for the last hour or two, but I didn’t have the energy to even move. As you know from my blog, I have been eating a really healthy diet and also working out five days a week (three days weights and two days cardio) as well as the busy life I have anyway.

This week has been exremely busy. From last Sunday to today, it has been none stop go. From funerals to birthdays, to exercise and poorly kids, it has been a very hectic week and I have physically hit rock bottom.

Whilst driving home from the castle today, I just felt rough. Aching, eyes closing and no motivation at all. I put this down to a serious lack off sleep and not enough food. I was expecting something like this to crop up soon, I just didnt know when or where.

This is an experiment that I’m putting my body through. I’m seing how far I can push myself before reaching fatigue and now I have found it. My symptoms at the the moment are flu like, aching, cold, finding it hard to move and serious hunger pains.

I have just had a nice healthy high protein meal and hopefully that will pick me back up over the next few hours. A few tablets may also help.

Let’s see…

Update

It has been a few hours now since I wrote the above and I feel much better. A large nutritious meal and a few tablets have sorted me out.

Update
Last night was horrible! I think I had a mixture of sun stroke and hunger pains. I didn’t get a wink of sleep all night and I even found myself hallucinating. I have came to the conclusion that I need to eat more food. My body thrives for more calories and it’s quite obvious that my diet is too strict.

Check out my weigh-in for today…

Update

My youngest daughter seems to have what I have now, so maybe it is just a bug. Whatever it is though, I know that I need to eat more food!
