Things are going steady. I think my diet is bang on for myself and my goals. I’m around 6lb down from new years eve.
I have a goal date of 14th March which is going to be my own competition again to see if I can compete with where I got to last year. I was dedicated last year and learnt as I went along. This time around I feel that I already have a better idea of what I need to do to drop the body fat. I’m still learning new things and I hope they come together and the cut goes the best it can do.
I still feel strong, energetic and seem to be dropping the fat. I have changed my training to better form, focusing on the contraction more and holding using the negative rep to tear down the fibers. This feels great as I have dropped the carbs etc and it allows me to try something different and still enjoy it.
I will start to push myself more as the weeks go by, but I already know that time is key factor in this sport when I’m doing what I have set out to do.
6 weeks left, I’m not sure how long I can last on this diet though. so far so good.
