*I don’t really pay too much attention when typing up the weights I have done in the gym. Each week when I edit the spreadsheet I see mistakes. I have all the right numbers in my note pad and these are simply a guide for me. Maybe I should choose a better time to edit them in rather than doing it when the kids are running riot*
