August 18th 2013 – Day 18

Today seems to have turned out ok again nutrition wise, although there is still plenty of room for improvement.

One thing I have noticed with this new diet is my recovery time. My muscles seem to recover MUCH quicker compared to my old diet. I will keep monitoring this as it is very important to building muscle.
